Description: This gorgeous dress is made from a salmon colored taffeta. it has tiny darts across the front midriff area, 3 tiny darts on the side bodice. In the back, there are 3 curved panels coming from behind the flower, they widen and go down the center front, criss crossing in front to make a diamond pattern, it's so pretty. I hope the photos show the seams. The bottom has a flouce that makes a full circle, the hem has a picot edge. There's some fading around the flounce, not so much on the upper portion of the dress, the fullness and the sheen of the fabric makes it hard to see. There's a drape under the flower that hangs to appx. the knee, there is a small water spot on this, but again, it's gathered and hard to see. The dress is almost 100 years old, the fabric is very soft and no dry rot. I would wear it proudly even with the flaws. It measures 34 inches around the bust, waist is 30, hips 35 1/2 and it's 55 inches long. Please ask any questions prior to bidding. Thank you for looking at my auctions.
