Description: Action Comics No 188. January 1954 DC Golden Age Comic. Featuring Superman and Lois Lane. Featuring " THE SPECTRAL SUPERMAN!" Art by Wayne Boring. A really lovely clean bright flat solid comic. Brought this from a comic Dealer in a comic mart in 1975 when i was young, I have never even read it and put away in storage, only taken out now and pages opened to take these photographs. Never cleaned or pressed. Don't know how CGC would grade this due to the leniency they have for Golden Age Comics. The only flaws i can see is some small chippings to top and bottom edge of front cover and bottom edge of back cover and a very tiny piece missing at top left corner of back cover, some tiks to spine and some light wear to bottom edge and right edge of front cover. The staples are firmly attached to comic, all pages are complete,( counted the pages for the first time when taking the photos ) and lovely and clean. I would grade this as Fine to Very Fine Condition? I am not a professional grader, especially for Golden age comics, so please look at the photos and decide for yourself. I can send more photos and answer any questions if you contact me. Comic will be bagged and boarded and sent in a cardboard backed envelope with extra hardboard for extra protection. Selling of my personal collection from nearly 50 years ago.
