No operating instruction sheet. Tiny bead-like pieces of soft plastic ‘melted’ together. Hard plastic facial features and stem. Sits on plastic base with flashing lights. ON/OFF switch on underside bottom of base.When bulbs burn out, they can be replaced with similar small 3.5 volt Christmas light bulbs.Requires 3-AA batteries (not included).
