The sizes are the same (mostly) and I replaced in the same configuration, so there was little adjusting. I did return this ONLY because I went with the hutch configuration. I also purchased a serving tray to make the smalle shelf in the middle useable (couldn't find a drawer to fit that small space which is ~3.5 in. tall by 21" wide). The Impressions gives it a finished look at half or less of companies that do it for you.
