Description: Wooden board attached to wood inserted into the metal to act as a stand. (Could be removed) Instead of being tossed this base was given to a friend by a red sox grounds keeper Joe Mooney in late 80s. They had a base rotation way back when of 6 sets of 3 would rotate to spread the wear and tear. I have no paper work but if anyone knows somewhere I could have it authenticated let me know.
