Description: This is a great looking, large goliath. It has a beautiful pink dial with green cartouches, outlined with gold trim, not tested for content. This is a great watch and would be a great addition to any fine collection. It does wind and set properly without issues. It is pin-set and stem wind. Pictures are a part of the description, so please examine them closely. Watch ran very well through the evening and overnight, however not tested for duration or accuracy, but keeps good time. Case has not been polished. Case does show normal wear, some spotting and fading. This is a beautiful looking and great running piece. The dial is in good condition with the exception of a repair at 8:00 position. It could use a cleaning also. Perfect for collectors. Pictures are part of the description. Please look closely and ask questions. Day, date, and moon phase all change as time passes. Month only changes manually, as this is not a perpetual movement. NOTE: If you find yourself in the position where you need to change the date/day manually, using the pushpin, and the date/day just bounces back without taking the change, please don't panic. This only means that the change wheel pin of the motion works has already engaged the star wheel or is about to or has just changed the date and there is not enough room for the point of the star to move as the pin is blocking its advancement. Simply advance the time ahead far enough to provide some clearance between the star wheel and the change-wheel pin. This is not a defect, but just how the mechanism works. I call it the Function at the Junction. Old heads may remember that song from the sixties. All calendar watches work on that same principle.
