We will also need you to include a picture with the damage and the DOT code and date. Once we have received photographic evidence please allow up to 48 hours to process so we can take further action and proceed with resolving the issue. It is your responsibility to make sure the garage fitting the tyre(s) bought from us are fully checked after fitting as once you have driven on said damaged tyre we cannot accept any responsibility as it breaches it's warranty with us.
