PSA 9 MINT MICHAEL JORDAN 1997-98 Topps Stadium Club Triumvirate ILLUMINATOR T9B

Description: Howdy folks! PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ME ASKING WHAT MY 'LOWEST PRICE IS...' - I will ignore any such emails. An identical PSA 9 sold at Heritage auctions for $9,000 in Feb of 2021 - so I'm sorry, but I am not accepting any lower offers at this time. Thank you! :) Here we have an extremely rare PSA MINT 9 MICHAEL JORDAN 1997 Topps Stadium Club Triumvirate Illuminator Diecut Insert parallel # T9B! This is one of the hardest sets to properly identify! I've seen both PSA and BGS versions labeled incorrectly - so even they don't always get it right - lol! Based on the fact that I've seen both an incorrectly labeled PSA and an incorrect BGS version listed on Ebay - I'd question any population report on this card. If you'd like a quick tutorial... There are 4 versions of this card... the Luminousthe Luminescentthe Member's Only and the ILLUMINATOR!The Member's only versions have 'Member's Only' background on the back - so those can be identified.The other versions have no identifying marks to differentiate one from the other - it's about the finish or transparency - you gotta know what to look for... When I originally sent this card to PSA, I incorrectly identified it as a LUMINESCENT - and PSA didnt catch the error... so the card WAS labeled as Luminescent - so I sent it in and got it corrected - as shown. From what I could gather by going on various forums, the best way to identify the rarer Illuminator version - is to note the definitive color change an inch or two down from the top on the back of the card... this is apparent due to the translucency of the back or some such... on the other versions, its a far more gradual looking transition from the 2 different colors... As I said, I had to do some research to decipher the difference - lol - please see the pix! If you are unfamiliar with the Illuminator parallel (as I was), don't just take my word for it - please do your due diligence so you are confident in your purchase. Case is in immaculate condition. I received the graded card directly from PSA and it will be bagged and safely stored awaiting sale. Card will be shipped insured with signature confirmation required. At the time of initial listing, Ebay is running their 'Authenticity Guarantee Program' - where the card gets sent to PSA for verification before being forwarded to the buyer... Please see the details - there should be a link in the upper rh corner of this listing... This is an Ebay thing - not optional on my part... but the verification is free! I ship it to them (insured, etc), they verify its all good - and then they ship it to you.
