This note is heavily circulated and has the following: heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substance); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough/jagged/damaged in many areas - piece dangling on the bottom edge); multiple edge indents/nicks (multiple tears exist and some are larger); heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); several holes; pieces missing due to very heavy wear/damage.
