Description: Gorgeous Vintage 1990's Dressy Skirt Size 6 by Cynthia Steffe - New With Tags. Waist - 29", Hips - 54", Waist to Hem - 23". Black embroidered lace on a backing plus lining so essentially double lined. Sits at natural waist with side zip & hook & eye closure, a few inches from top it is embellished with ribbon that ties in front - it is threaded through gold grommets all the way around the skirt (Please view Photos - part of the description) with a ruffle above - I left Photo 12 a bit lighter so this could be better viewed. Fabric is 38% Acetate, 34% Acrylic & 28% Wool - lining is 100% Acetate. Care is dry clean only. Skirt was made in the USA of imported fabric. Length ends right above knee. Cynthia Steffe won multiple awards for her designs while working with some of the greats - Donna Karen & Anne Klein before going out on her own in 1989. Retailed $195.00. Thanks for Viewing!
