Vintage or Antique Etruscan Byzantine Ottoman filligree silver poison ring sz. 7

Description: Keep it hidden, in this fancy silver, handmade poison style ring! I found this piece among a table of many pieces of antique and vintage jewelry. I am unsure of its age, or its origin, but one thing I am sure of? It's special and lovely! Made from a most-likely lower grade silver (I haven't tested it yet, but it doesn't seem as strong as sterling silver), this ring features tons of filigree and cannetille style decorations. It has a somewhat Ottoman, or Byzantine, or Etruscan styling to the embellishments. I love the super fine detailing along the band, near the setting. Of course, possibly the best detail, is the fact that it is a poison ring, and the center opens to reveal a compartment. It is worth noting that the filigree on the lid, is open, so if one were to put a scented thing inside the compartment, one would most likely be able to smell that thing, even with the lid closed. There is no obvious signature, or maker's marks, however there may be the remnants of a stamp at back -I have shown this in a photo. Condition is excellent, with an easily opening, and closing (shuts tight) lid for the 'poison' compartment, and some mild tarnishing or colorization to metal throughout.
