It has been gently hand polished and ultrasonic cleaned in a mild dish soap, and it has nice shine, and is very clean. It is straight, not bent, cameo has nice color with no visible damage, has no personal monograms or engravings, comes with the original rotating bail meant to be worn on a necklace, pin to be worn as a brooch is tight and secure, with no major issues at all. Cameo is very nicely done with the image of Cupid the cherub love matching angel holding a bow and arrow in hand, mounted to a twisted rope style edge bezel. It is hallmarked on the back cartouche R inside a circle, 585 inside a diamond, and 671NA, the hallmarks for listed jewelry designer, Roberta Gioielli of Naples, Italy. We did perform a stone and acid test and it confirms 14K. HISTORICAL FOOTNOTE: The last photo shown is an example of the original tag used on these pieces that shows the same letter R logo, along with the full name of the maker, as well as a copy taken from the US Trademark Office that completely documents the 671NA hallmark, maker, and period.
