It features actual VMI buttons which read Cadet VMI Sic Semper Tyrannis ("thus always to tyrants" in Latin) It has a triple stitched hanging loop to hang it securely. It has red felt fabric lining that mimics the lining of the capes worn by cadets in winter dress parades. It measures about 18 inches long from top to bottom and is about 7 inches across at the top...generously sized to fill with goodies.
