Description: For your consideration is this vintage Wood-Jointed Toy Donkey made in Japan most likely during the 1920s through 1930s. This little guy is brightly colored and strung on cotton cord held in place by wooden pins. For photos, I inserted a piece of foam as he is loose and doesn't hold poses. He stands 3.5 inches long x 5.2 inches tall. Stamped on the side in black reads "JAPAN". This is made very similar in style to Schoenhut Wood-Jointed Action toys. Condition: As shown in photographs,,,there is a smudged paint portion on one segmented leg. Item has been steam cleaned.Shop with confidence when you shop with us.
