Description: WWII U.S. M3 UTICA Fighting Military Trench Knife with Stacked Leather Handle Knife only - no scabbard Introduced by the U.S. Army in 1943. Known for being used by paratroopers strapped to the calf.Knife is marked U.S. M3-UTICA on blade. In good condition.Looks to have seen some use.There is a small indent near the spearpoint of the blade.Blade has some pitting and a few small rust spots. Total length is 11-1/2".Spearpoint blade measures 6-11/16th" Handle is a stacked and rolled leather for maximum grip.Also has some wear from age and use - please view photos for this.The steel guard between handle and blade has the thumb rest bend.Also features the "flaming Bomb" at the bottom left side of the steel pommel.
